The boots is too heavy itself, it’s 1,5 kilos for par of shoes! and seems one size less, I wear size 39 and I bought 40 and it’s fit very tight
I didn’t like the parcel was send one week later after I order and paid for it. Tracking the product's progress was difficult; the tracking number didn't work at first, then it showed "parcel in transit," and then it didn't work again. Given all inconveniences, the questionable product, and the poor delivery, I don't think I'll order anything from this site again.
I did not receive the Inside Out bag! It was the regular bag in the brown traditional pattern. No inside out bag was received!
Bad experience with Vogoluxy!
I paid to order this pair of shoes, size 42 and a pair of earrings
They sent me this model in green color and did not send me the earrings
They wrote to me that it was their mistake to change the model of the shoes because otherwise I will receive the same color
I also want to let you know that the size of the shoes is completely wrong, I wear size 41 and to be safe I ordered size 42 which is even much smaller than the real Chanel size
I have an original Chanel size 41 at home and measuring with Vogoluxy shoes these are 2 cm smaller
I have been chatting with them since Thursday 5 June 2025, I am replying very late with the excuse of the time zone
I only want a refund
Now they say that they sent me the earrings, they did not notify me of this shipment and I have not received any tracking number. Obviously I don't want anything else from Vogoluxy
Now they wrote to me that after I send them back the earrings that I didn't even receive they will refund me
Everything is scandalous and shameful
Don't trust Vogoluxy!

I received my package last night and couldn't take my eyes off the bracelet. It's so pretty and sparkles in my hand. I will buy again the white which I also love. For $125, there's really nothing to complain about.
